If you want to win the daily battle against food frauds, you need to know your enemy first!
It doesn’t matter if you work in a global food company or a family enterprise, nor if you are a retailer, researcher or consumer: every link of the food chain can be a precious ally.

Choose one of the main menu items (Food, Frauds, Analyses, Case Histories and Glossary) and start browsing the app: you will learn some useful tips to fight your daily battle against food frauds. Which foods are most commonly counterfeited and why? Which analyses can you use to spot frauds on different foods?

Every section of the app is strictly connected to the others: As you deepen your navigation, you will shift from one to another. You can also go back to the main menu, choose another item and find out about the same problem from a different point of view.

You can also test your knowledge with a quiz: answer the questions, check out the results and return to the other sections to go through what you missed!

The app doesn’t contain all the answers about food integrity, of course, but it can be a useful starting point to comprehend the complexity of the matter and inspire the desire to learn more.
